FigureFlow and contact
For questions about FigureFlow, these terms, or the service, contact figureflow.office@gmail.com.
What FigureFlow provides
FigureFlow provides browser-based tools for chart preparation, data transformation, calculations, statistical workflows, and publication or export preparation. It may assist scientific and general chart-making work, but it does not replace validation of source data, appropriate statistical judgment, independent scientific review, peer review, or other professional judgment.
Free use and accounts
Free chart creation and analysis do not require an account. An account is required for Pro access, checkout, subscription management, and other account-specific functions. FigureFlow currently supports Google sign-in and email/password sign-in, including email confirmation and password recovery through its authentication provider.
Pro products
The 24-Hour Pro Pass is a one-time purchase that provides 24 hours of Pro access under the entitlement shown at checkout. It does not automatically renew. Pro Monthly is a recurring monthly subscription. New Annual subscriptions are not offered, but valid legacy Annual access may continue to be recognized through its paid period.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Polar is FigureFlow's Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. The buyer purchases the Pro product from Polar, while FigureFlow supplies and licenses it under these Terms and remains responsible for product information, delivery and access, compatibility, support, and Supplier obligations imposed by applicable law. Polar handles checkout, payment, tax, invoices and receipts, refunds and disputes, and billing-portal functions under its terms; its payment processors handle card data. FigureFlow does not store full payment-card numbers.
Cancelling Pro Monthly stops the next renewal and normally leaves Pro available through the current paid-through date. Subscription cancellation, a statutory withdrawal request, a refund request, and a chargeback are different processes. The Refund and Cancellation Policy and mandatory applicable law govern the available outcome.
Your content and browser-local processing
You keep ownership of research files, tables, chart data, annotations, figures, Projects, and Package content you provide or create. Scientific and research content is processed and stored in the browser under the product's local-data model unless you deliberately export or download it.
Sending a support report is a separate, explicit action. Only the description, optional reply email, and optional safe technical diagnostics shown in the support form are submitted. Do not place research data or other sensitive content in a support description.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking source data, table and field mappings, transformations, statistical choices, labels, interpretations, and final figures before relying on or sharing them. Keep appropriate independent records and review for your work.
Acceptable use
Do not use FigureFlow unlawfully, infringe others' rights, introduce malicious code, disrupt or overload the service, probe systems without authorization, misuse support, or bypass authentication, payment, entitlement, export, or other access controls.
Availability, changes, suspension, and termination
FigureFlow may change, limit, or discontinue features and may experience interruptions. Access may be suspended or ended when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, payment failure, abuse, or material breach of these terms. Where practical, changes that materially affect users will be communicated through the product or an updated policy date.
FigureFlow intellectual property
FigureFlow's software, interface, documentation, name, logo, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer those rights. They do not restrict ownership of your own data, research content, or exported figures.
Reasonable limits and legal rights
FigureFlow is provided without a promise that it will always be available or that every calculation or output will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, FigureFlow is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss and its responsibility for direct loss is limited to what is reasonably proportionate in the circumstances. Nothing in these terms waives mandatory consumer rights or excludes responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
